We specialise in providing professional accounting services for individuals contracting through limited companies, from initial incorporation through to company closure. Our fee for forming a new company is £95 (excl VAT) and this includes:
- Incorporating your company with Companies House.
- Introduction to HSBC bank to open a business account.
- Registering your company with HMRC as an employer for PAYE.
- Registering your company with HMRC for VAT (if applicable).
- Registering the company director with HMRC to complete self assessment tax returns.
- Registering your company with HMRC for corporation (business) tax.
- 30 minute consultation with an accountant.

Our Monthly Service
Once your company is up and running, we provide an all-inclusive accounting service on a monthly fee basis. We charge a monthly fee of £95 (excl VAT) for VAT registered companies. For non-VAT registered companies, our monthly fee is £85 (excl VAT).
Our monthly fee covers the following accounting work:
- Act as your company‘s registered office and service address.
- Bookkeeping on a monthly basis.
- Perform salary calculations with advice on the amount of PAYE and NI to pay and when this is due.
- Prepare and submit employer returns (P35, P14 and P11d) at the end of each tax year.
- Prepare and submit annual accounts to Companies House.
- Prepare and submit annual company tax return to HMRC.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns each quarter (VAT registered companies).
- Address any questions or concerns you may have relating to the operation of your company and fulfilment of your directorship responsibilities.
- Keep you up to date with all law and regulation changes and ensure you are given the most accurate and relevant advice.
